Curry Udon

Craving kicked in one stormy night..... Managed to scrap some stuff to cook this...

Ingredients (Serves 1)
1 packet udon noodles (washed and drained)
1 cube japanese curry
1 tbsp sambal belachan chilli (or more to taste)
1 chicken drum/thigh/meat
1 onion, sliced
1.5 cups water

Method:
[1] Heat some oil in a wok. Fry the onion till fragrant. Add the chicken and fry a while more.
[2] Add in sambal belachan chilli. It will be a bit smoky (but tastes nicer). Fry a while and add water.
[3] Sitr in the curry cube. Wait till boiling, and add noodles. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
[4] Serve warm.
