stir-fried spaghetti.... droolz

Craving for comfort food, so made stir-fried Black Pepper Spaghetti for dinner.. woo.....

Ingredients:
Black pepper sauce
Oyster sauce
Spaghetti (or pasta of choice)
Pork belly - sliced (marinade with light soya sauce and rice wine for 5 min)
2-3 leaves cabbage - shredded
3 cloves garlic - chopped
2 cheese sausages - sliced
2 eggs - beaten
water - 3 tbsp















Method:
[1] Fry the eggs (ala scrambled) and set aside.


[2] Heat some oil. Fry the pork belly till brown.

[3] Add the cabbage.

[4] Add the water.

[5] Add the sauces (I used 2 tbsp black pepper sauce and 4 tbsp sauce).

[6] Add the spaghetti and sausage.
[7] Toss in the eggs.


[8] DONE!

Use high heat throughout; this dish takes only 5 minutes to cook. Enjoy!
